During June, most of our resident species of birds are nesting and feeding young. We'll see these birds busy collecting nature's bird food for their young and will likely see a few nests. Species commonly found at this location include Scarlet Tanager, Indigo Bunting, Wood Duck, Great Blue Heron, Yellow Warbler, and Common Yellowthroat.
Email [email protected] to sign up. If you'd like to be notified of a change of date or cancellation, please include your phone number. Let us know if you’d like to borrow binoculars from KBC for this walk. Binoculars are available to those 12 and older as available. (In the future we'd love to have kid-friendly binoculars available for those under 12 too!)
